Yummiest oatmeal combination I've tried yet. I was inspired by a delicious cookie recipe I had tried out last month, which I will post soon. This is definitely healthier than the cookies.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. oats
- 1/2 c. water
- 1-2 Tb. craisins
- 1-2 Tb. shredded coconut
- Honey, for drizzling
Directions:
- Put oats, water, craisins, and coconut in a microwavable bowl. Mix together.
- Cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
- Drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
